Jasmine Becket-Griffith is a world-renowned fantasy artist. Born in 1979, she has spent the last decade (all of her adult life) working as a fine artist, painting traditionally by hand with acrylic paints. Her artwork can be found in private collections and public displays throughout the world. Jasmine's paintings blend realism with wide-eyed wonder - exploring gothic themes, with elements of classical literature, the occult, nature and fantasy - and of course, faeries!
Jasmine's paintings appear in countless books (notably "The World of Faery" with Alan Lee, 'The Art of Faery" with Brian Froud, "Spectrum 11", "Spectrum 13", Gothic Art Now, "Big Eye Art: Resurrected and Transformed" and her three solo art books "Fairy: the Art of Jasmine Becket-Griffith" and "Jasmine Becket-Griffith: Porfolio Volume I" and Portfolio Volume II"). Her work also graces many television shows & movies, magazines and advertisements, tattoo parlours, themeparks, and of course her range of hundreds of different licensed merchandise products as well as lines of collectibles through the Bradford Exchange and Hamilton Collection.
Jasmine lives in beautiful Celebration, Florida with her husband/assistant Matt and their cats.
